Shipping Policies: Unless otherwise noted, we will normally ship within 5 business days.

Return & Exchange Policies: We strive for complete satisfaction. If for some reason you need to return or exchange something, the following applies:

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of original date of order.
  • Merchandise must be unopened, unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached.
  • If return does not meet stated conditions, it will be returned back to you at your cost.

To Return or Exchange: Please mail the product back to us with your receipt, an explanation for the return, and let us know which item you would like in exchange. It is a good idea to insure and/or track your return. Going Costal is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in shipping.

Any refund or credit for returned items will be applied to the credit card used to place the original order. Please allow up to 30 days.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. Returns are subject to a 4% merchant processing fee. All exchanges will be charged a $5 processing fee (unless the reason for exchange is due to our error).

All board and paddle sales are final. If damage occurred in shipping, refuse to accept shipment until reviewing contents in the presence of the driver. If damage is found, refuse the shipment and contact us. If damage is found after receiving shipment, you must contact carrier immediately upon receipt of board/paddle. We advise you take pictures of all packages and damaged goods.
